WINGS N THINGS TRACK DAY

ATTENDEE & SPONSOR WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & SPONSORSHIP TERMS

Event: Wings N Things Aviation Networking Track Day

Date: May 9, 2026

Location: Homestead-Miami Speedway

This Agreement applies to all individuals and entities registering for, attending, participating in, sponsoring, or being present at the Wings N Things Aviation Networking Track Day (the “Event”), including but not limited to attendees, drivers, passengers, spectators, vendors, exhibitors, sponsors, sponsor representatives, employees, guests, and minors (“Participant”).

1. APPLICABILITY TO ATTENDEES & SPONSORS

All references to “Attendee” herein shall be deemed to include Sponsors and Sponsor Representatives unless otherwise stated. This Agreement applies regardless of whether a Sponsor or Sponsor representative physically attends the Event.

2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Participant understands and acknowledges that attendance or participation in the Event involves inherent and substantial risks, including serious bodily injury, death, property damage, or loss. Participant voluntarily assumes all such risks.

3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Participant releases the following parties (“Released Parties”) from any liability:

• Wings N Things SFL LLC
• AMP Aero Services
• Homestead-Miami Speedway
• NASCAR
• All affiliated companies, sponsors, partners, employees, contractors, volunteers, agents, and representatives

4. NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROPERTY OR VEHICLES

All property and vehicles are brought at Participant’s own risk. Released Parties are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage.

5. MEDICAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Participant affirms they are physically and mentally capable and assumes responsibility for any medical expenses.

6. INDEMNIFICATION

Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims arising from participation.

7. MINORS (CHILDREN) IN ATTENDANCE

Parents/guardians accept responsibility for minors. No minor may enter restricted areas without a parent or legal guardian present.

8. SPONSORSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Five (5) day grace period for outstanding balance
• Events may be rolled over if canceled
• Terms apply whether sponsor attends or not

9. PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE

Participant grants permission for media use without compensation.

10. GOVERNING LAW

Governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

11. DIGITAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT & GROUP REGISTRATION RESPONSIBILITY

Digital acceptance is legally binding. Registrants accept responsibility for additional attendees.

12. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By registering or attending, Participant confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
